We acknowledge that challenges that come with meal preparation and tracking calories, so we have prepared a personalized meal plan that fit your goals.

 

How does it work?

  1. We send your a list of questions to identify your goals, body composition, and your daily caloric requirement.
  2. We formulate a personalized and easy to follow recipes that you can prepare ahead of time.
  3. The table of recipes will include calorie count of each meal and the total of all meals per day.
  4. If you plan to change your goal, you may send us another email so we can adjust accordingly.
